1. By accessing www.tourofwineries.com and all affiliated pages, users agree to accept the terms of service as set forth below as well as the terms of service for Estate Publishers Limited which can be found at www.estatepublishers.com/termsofservice.html

4. All sales are final except as provided herein. Also except as provided herein, Article 9 of the UCC shall govern all sales to customer. Customer may, within a reasonable amount of time, return damaged or incorrect merchandise to Estate Publishers Limited at the customer service address listed above. Customer shall only return merchandise that is damaged or incorrect and may not, therefore, reject the entire shipment of merchandise as the result of partially damaged goods. In no event shall Estate Publishers Limited be required to accept the return of any merchandise if Estate Publishers Limited is contacted about said merchandise more than 7 (seven) days after said merchandise has been delivered to customer. Upon verification that merchandise is damaged or customer's order was incorrect, Estate Publishers Limited shall, within a reasonable amount of time, provide customer with undamaged goods and the correct merchandise. All sales to customer are deemed to arise under a carrier contract whereas the title and, therefore, liability for all goods is transferred to customer upon Estate Publishers Limited's reasonable contract with a carrier to deliver said goods.
5. Estate Publishers Limited reserves the right to alter the terms of this agreement at any time for any reason. It is the responsibility of customer to remain aware of these terms and conditions as it applies to customer. 6. Estate Publishers Limited reserves the right to change all pricing prior to receipt of customer's specific order unless otherwise contractually agreed upon.
